Why curiosity is so important and what you can do to develop yours. Curiosity is so important for our personal development, yet as adults, it can seem as if curiosity is no longer valued in society. In this video, I discuss some of the research behind curiosity, why curiosity is so important, and what you can do to rekindle curiosity in your life.
